Your property will fetch the price somewhere between as is value and top of the market value depending upon the age and condition of the market. We will handle all the work if you wish and sell it in a retail market.

Yes we can! If the family has the time and the money to pay taxes and mortgage payments etc., we can help you get the house ready by gettiing it updated, repaired and staged to get the top dollar. We will handle a retail sale of the real property and let an estate sale specialist handle the sale of the personal property if that is appropriate.
